Weight loss is something that many people try to do but only few succeed. The reason behind this is patience. It takes time to lose weight. No one can lose it in a day or two. People never think when they start putting on weight. They accumulate the mass over the years. However, when it comes to losing weight, they want wonders to work and want to lose as quickly as possible.
People go to the gym, and try personal training to lose weight. They just want to lose the pounds. Maintaining fitness is very important. Trainers teach them the relevant exercises to lose weight.
However, they also need to eat accordingly to lose weight. Dieticians recommend the food to eat. There are many diet plans, which ensure that you lose weight rapidly like 100-calorie diet, three-day diet, etc. However, losing weight quickly has got risks along with it. They only reduce the water content of your body and not fat. So, before starting you must consult your physician.
You should reduce eating fat or calorie if you want to lose weight. Also, you should drink about eight glasses of water everyday. There are many diets for quick weight loss. One of them is mentioned below: On day one, eat only fruits or drink fruit juices only On day two, eat simply vegetables. You can eat cooked or raw vegetables. On day three, you can eat vegetables and fruits. On day four, you can eat around 6-7 bananas, small amount of vegetables and about 3-4 glasses of milk. On day five, you may eat 6-7 medium sized tomatoes and about a cup of rice. On day six, you may eat rice and vegetables. Quantity of rice should be one cup. On day seven, you can eat rice, vegetables and fruits. Quantity of rice should be one cup.
Don't forget to drink plenty of water while following the diet mentioned above. Hope that this diet will work for you. Why do so many people fail at losing weight? Is it because they are lazy? No. Is it because they are addicted to food? No. Is it because they aren't good at exercising? No. Failure at weight loss stems from a few main factors:
*People don't truly understand the risks of being overweight. Why do most want to lose weight? Most would say to look better. Looking better certainly is a benefit of losing weight, but this shouldn't be the sole reason to lose weight. There is a 1000 pound gorilla in the room and it's often ignored. Being overweight for a long period of time kills thousands of people each year. Thousands of studies have shown and proven without any doubt that losing body fat will improve and lengthen your life. Knowing the dangers of being overweight is a tremendous motivator to not only lose fat, but to keep it off.
*People don't commit to permanent lifestyle changes. So many people think of a "diet" as something temporary. When they are on a "diet" they restrict themselves so much that they are miserable. Sooner or later failure is inevitable because of the unreasonable demands of most "diets." Some of these diets force you to only eat certain foods (e.g., no carbs, special soups etc...) You, like myself, have probably tried them before. The key to losing weight long term is to make gradual lifestyle changes you can stick to forever.
