The pharmaceutical industry is in it as a business, and frankly that is the short end of it. They are not concerned about whether or not their product does good or bad.
It sounds like a conspiracy, but these people are in it to make money not cure the world. The evidence shows that they haven't in fact been curing anyone of any problem but, in fact, they have been creating more problems.
Peter R. Briggen MD said, "These drugs that are supposed to cure chemical imbalances in the brain actually create imbalances? How ironic is that, we are actually creating the problem we advertise to resolve."
If you suffer from anxiety, depression, lack of concentration, you don't have a mental disorder. You are probably just stressed about something.
Some people will actually have a chemical imbalance in the brain, and for them it will be a lot harder to deal with it. Most people prescribed psychiatric medications, in fact, do not have a real chemical imbalance, at least no more than the average person.
The brain is constantly pumping different chemical through areas of the brain. At any given time your brain is struggling to maintain a state of homeostasis.
Taking pills to chemically alter your brains mechanics is only going to create dependency and actually chemical imbalance in the brain. Now that it is obviously clear that these medications actually do more harm than good, how do we deal with "psychiatric" problems?
The answer is simple, we do it the same way they did 50 years ago- Ol-Natural. There are 3 contributing factors to governing biomechanics of the brain.
The first is nutrition. Everything you eat is going to be digested and the nutrients will then be passed into the blood where they will be sorted to different organs including the brain.
The second is physical activity. Different activities will cause organs to produce different chemicals, exercising actually helps to increase endorphins in the brain; that is a scientific fact.
The third is thought. Cognitive focus can actually direct the brains neuron synapse go figure.
The best part about this is that cognition is a trainable skill. Pharmaceutical industry would have you believe that cognition is an inherent ability that we are born with, this is not true.
Researcher's wired a Buddhist monk to a brain activity measuring apparatus and found that through practice one can actually stimulate feeling of peace, joy, love or any other emotion for that matter. So using diet, exercise and a positive mindset you will be able to cure most every psychiatric disorder.
The reason this is not advertised as much as other methods, is because it doesn't cost a thing. Plus who is going to advertise something that they don't make money off...
