Exercising Not For Clowns

There is only one thing that works when it comes to exercising and results, and that is work. Have you ever wondered why it is called working-out?

Be honest with yourself, are you serious about getting fit or are you just blowing hot air out your hot head? If you are just playing calliope, then you may need to get your feet on the ground and head out of the clouds.

Blowing steam and making noise isn't the way to getting fit. You may as well be a candy butcher at the tents at the end of clown alley.

Dressing up and making yourself look like you are doing work doesn't actually count for work. Just because your face is painted in white with a gigantic red smile for a muzzle doesn't mean you are actually helping, it only means that you are a clown.

Gimmicks don't work; these are things that circus performers use. There are no special tricks that are going to eliminate work from exercise.

This means that goofy straps and silly tools are not going to work. For example a stool, like the firms booty builder, these are pointless.

Find yourself a good curb outside or a rock; don't fool yourself there with some gimmick apparatus. You can exercise with something as simple as a block of wood; you know the kinds that have letters or numbers on them that you used to play with in preschool.

Take one of these, place it on the ground and walk in circles around the block until you are skinny, running will actually show results faster. You see all exercise requires is motivation and discipline; two things that clowns don't have.

Among other gimmicks clowns seem to wear huge shoes. Shape ups and similar products don't provide miraculous results.

The fact of the matter is you have got to constantly be adding tension to your exercises otherwise your body becomes accustomed to the strain and will plateau. So by wearing over size shoes, you may feel results and perhaps even see results for a month's time, but after that you will plateau and there will be no physical gain.

What you have to do is change three things: diet, exercise, and rest. You are only going to get effects if you put in the effort.

That is the fact of the matter, but there is more to it than that. Your body cannot build or develop at all without the proper nutrients.

Similarly you cannot rebuild or replenish your body without proper rest. So it is important that you get about 8 hours of sleep every single night.
