The body is a complex machine, you have the motor which is the heart, there is fuel which is oxygen, and you have the intricate internal wiring that comprises the nervous system, circulatory system, and the lymphatic system. Beside the heart you have a slew of other organs that promote and push your body, keeping it in motion.
Body mechanics works on the philosophy of understanding the body from the inside out. Every action you perform and every movement you make is going to be determined first by the brain.
This will send a pulse through the nervous system to different muscles telling them to either contract or stretch. The nervous center is incarcerated in a tower of bone called the spine.
Around these delicate nerves that run through the middle of our back are thirty-three vertebrae, and these are all separated by cushions called disks. If anything happens to the spine, you could end up with a lot worse than a sore back.
Bones are the center of our bodies. These bones don't connect to each other, where one bone meets another is called a joint.
Around joints we have muscles attached to the bone through tendons. This is how we keep our skeleton held together.
That and we use a protective layer of protein that wraps around all our muscles, this is called skin. The body couldn't be assembled piece by piece, because each piece is interconnected.
It is like trying to place a seed in side of an apple. The body is nothing short of a miracle, and the functions it can perform are nothing short of miraculous.
When you exercise your body you need to incorporate your knowledge of the nerves, joints, ligaments and the muscles. Don't do anything that could hurt any part of your internal wiring.
Things like stretching and body weight exercises are the safest and they are also the most effective for fat loss. So if you are trying to build lean mass, then body weight exercises, such as pushups and pull-ups are going to be most effective.
Also incorporate proper stretching. Abduction is one of the best ways to exercise your muscles while straining it of toxins and relaxing your body.
Through stretching you can cleanse yourself of toxins and you can relax your mind. So remember to stretch before and after every workout, and also stretch routinely every day and every night.
The body is an intricate machine; it takes a lot to keep it running smoothly. Make sure along with good exercise you get proper nutrition and rest.
