Toxins invade everything these days. Maybe a hundred years ago, before the florescent lights, the LED monitors, and the numerous chemical agents we use for driving, cleaning, cooking or whatever it is... maybe before all those things were invented you would have been safe from toxic waste.
But the fact of the matter is, in this day of age you are being bombarded with chemicals and toxins at all times. If you are reading this article from a computer screen, your monitor is slowly leaking trace amounts of phosphorous, polyvinyl chloride, barium, mercury, beryllium, and the list goes on.
Some scientists think that all this added toxic waste infecting our system is having an effect on people of the neurological persuasion. Meaning: peoples brains are being damaged by the toxic build up in their bodies.
What are you going to do to avoid your brain being microwaved into a mush from the inside of your skull? Luckily, you will be able finish reading this article before your eyes melt and your brain matter starts running out your nose.
Detox this is the trick. There are tons of ways to do it too.
There is the healthy food approach to detox. This will usually incorporate lots of water, fresh fruits and vegetables, and something high in b vitamins like cranberry juice.
Some people will drink a cap full of bleach to detox their body, this is extremely unwise. This is going to do a load of damage to your kidney, liver, stomach, intestine, esophagus, so pretty much it is going to wreak havoc throughout your whole body.
Stick with the fruit juice and the healthy foods. This doesn't mean food from McDonalds.
Even if you are getting a salad, they have still found a way to pump it full of preservatives, additives and flavorings to turn a good meal into a toxic land fill. So it will be tuff at first, but try to make your own food, or go somewhere that doesn't process their food to oblivion.
The other approach to detox is exercise. Predominantly sweat exercises.
Things like jogging, biking, swimming, basically anything that works a lot of sweat out of your system is going to help to detox. Some just sit in a steam room this will pull the toxins from the skin, but only exercise is going to get the toxins deep in the body.
The best way to go about detoxing is through a combination of proper diet, exercise and sweat. Eat healthy whole foods, exercise daily and find some good ways to sweat.
Some exercises are going to be much more beneficial for holistic health and others are going to be more beneficial to strength or cardio. Study for yourself and see which exercises are best for you.
