When it comes to exercising most people would rather have a walrus sit on them then have to go get exercise. You probably won't be able to find such aquatic life forms, so you don't have an excuse as to why you don't exercise.
Now if you are one of those people who takes breaks from playing on the computer by watching television, you probably about half walrus yourself. Once you get to about 30 percent body fat your bone density starts to be drawn into the blood stream.
Yes even your bones go soft, making it much easier for you to float for long distances. You will also be gifted with a great layer of insolation.
However, if you are not planning on starting a life as a walrus, because cold ocean water is not appealing, then you need to start exercising. Weak bones are a scary thing, especially when your suffering skeleton can hardly support your weight under the tension of gravity.
A study showed that if walrus like people were as active as non-walrus people, they would break their bones up to 65 percent more than the athletic group. However, to perform at an athletic grade you have to be a something close to athletic.
So the situation with bigger people doing what athletic people do is completely hypothetical, no body broke their bones in any experiments. What they found was as subjects exercised they would regain bone density.
That wasn't all either; while they gained bone density they also lost fat reserves in their body. They were turning from walruses into humans right before researchers eyes.
You can do this too. If you feel as if you may be a walrus, then you should seriously consider exercise.
At the same time you have to be happy and grateful for your walrus body. Exercise can be a hard thing to do, but you got to do it.
That is why you find an exercise that you like. Rebounding is one that you will like.
Research shows that, rebounding is inherently liked in every different culture, race and species. This means if you are a women, a man, a child, or a walrus you will still find this to be a good enjoyable form of exercise.
The rebounder works by activating the same muscles that are used during jogs and jumps, which is just about every single muscle in the body (depending on if you make faces or not while jumping). Not only does it activate those muscles, but it stimulates cell development by heightening the gravitational load.
This means your whole body is going to be effected by this exercise, from the very center of your bones and out ward. Destry Masterson is a health, fitness and nutrition expert.
