Learning Proper Night Time Routines

What is the most important time of any day? Breakfast... I mean, night time. Without the proper night, you won't be able to get the proper breakfast.

Without the proper breakfast you won't be able to stay awake all day, and without the proper day you will not be able to get the proper sleep. Do you see what just happened?

We just went full circle because we couldn't manage to get the right amount of sleep. Sleeping is one of the most important things you can do with your life.

Without sleep, your life will be incredibly short lived. Sorry, I don't make the rules; I just tell it how it is.

So what are ways to increase the length of your life through sleep? First you must make sure that you are getting the proper amount of sleep, not too much and not too little.

It is imperative that adults get a good 7-9 hours of sleep every night. Proper rest leads to proper recovery.

If you are over sleeping you may feel lethargic and tired, and if you are under sleeping you may also feel lethargic and tired. When we over sleep it takes a longer time for our brains to transition from sleep mode back into awake mode.

When we under sleep our muscles and brains have not had enough time to recover properly. Yes that is right; sleeping affects your brain and your body.

Just like your sleep will fix your muscles and make you strong again, it will also fix your brain and make you smart again. This is because it is going to repair glia cells in your brain; and these increase the synapse speed, thus making you smarter or at least seem smarter.

It is a common concern, that sleeping makes you fat. Well yeah, it does, but only if you are not sleeping right.

If you do not want to get fat while you sleep here is what you need to do. Eat your last meal three hours before you go to sleep.

This way your body will have digested the bulk and the rest will be metabolizing in your intestines. If you absolutely need to eat, get something small like a yogurt.

Also drink a glass of water before bed. Water is the number one healthiest substance that you can take advantage of on this earth.

Drinking water before bed is also going to speed up and help the metabolism do work on the most recent meals you ate. Remember those tricks to stay fit and skinny.

Also don't forget to brush your teeth, before you go to bed. Otherwise you will get cavities and that is going to be a problem.
