Exercise And Motivation Neatly Listed

Motivating yourself can be just as challenging as exercising. Depending on how much of a depressive downer you are, you will change the amount of difficulty it takes for you to motivate yourself.

There is a whole bunch of scientific study showing that positive reinforcement and thought is going to improve health and motivation by tenfold, but you don't have to hear about any of that. You don't need to know how it works; you just need to know how to put it to work.

The first trick to motivation, called trick one, is imagination. Imagination is going to play a great role in motivating yourself.

Just imagine yourself as a fit slender young women... or man, whichever you prefer. How do you feel?

Motivated right? That simple act of imagining something that wasn't true just made you feel some sort of energy.

You may say it has created a galvanic pressure, within your body. You want to feel a stirring in your bosom and a tightening in your loins.

This is motivation. Besides from imagining things to get yourself all pumped there are other things that will help you be motivated.

For example, we will call this motivation trick number two; you are going to feel so good after you exercise. That is just how it works.

Of course, at first you don't want to go out and be active and junk, but after you do it you feel good about it. That is true for every situation, except those involving illness.

See what happens is you are releasing tons of different endorphins in the brain when you are active. Oh yeah, you don't want to get technical.

Trick number three, doing things is fun. Unless you are some sort of sociopath, games and recreation are going to appeal to you.

If they don't you may need to talk to your doctor or psychiatrist, because there is a good chance that you may have some psychiatric illness. Don't worry physical activity and positive thoughts can cure psychiatric illnesses too.

Most people don't realize that psychiatric disorders are mostly temporary, medications and prescriptions actually elongate the bad effects. So instead of doing drugs when you get depressed or anxious, just exercises.

Exercise in place of drugs is ten times healthier and ten time more effective in the scheme of things. So start exercising today and stop doing drugs, you will be very impressed by how much your motivation will change.
