Emotion And Exercise Hand And Hand

If you are a human you are going to have to deal with many different conflicting emotions day to day. That is a regrettable part of life that comes with consciousness.

These emotions which you will be dealing with can come from an entire spectrum of different thoughts and feelings. Perhaps a coworker decides to call you a pathetic loser or you have family troubles, or on a brighter side perhaps you enjoy something.

Emotion is caused by just about everything that your senses can interpret. They are in much ways an instinctive response to the environment around you.

If you were to live back in the prehistoric age, your emotional understand would have ranged between a very simple good and bad, black and white spectrum. Now days, with the increasing complexity of life, emotion is going to be vastly more confusing.

Also as humans develop and adapt, there has been a rise in conscious objectivism and a lessoning in emotional reaction. As a conscious human, you have the ability to control you own emotion, conversely your emotion has no power to control you.

Like they say, evil only exists in the sanction you give it. If you are acting like an emotional animal, you may need to find a different facet to express your emotion.

These galvanic pressures that build in humans can be great motivators. Assuming that you feel emotion, like ever body else, you are going to deal with frustration, anger, and a lot of other negative type feelings.

Use these to motivate yourself and become better. Emotion is an instinctive response to your environment, telling you things need to change.

You may not have the ability to change the situation you are in, but you can change yourself. Changing your-self, in many ways, will have the same effect.

Use anger and other adrenaline pumping emotions as motivators to work harder or exercise better. This can increase your performance tenfold.

Many people say that you should always be positive and happy-go-lucky, but, unfortunately, life is not always happy-go-lucky. Don't let that stop you.

You can in some cases even be more motivated by the negative emotions than you can from the positive ones. Denying the existence of "bad" emotions is denying a great deal of yourself, it is much healthier to use them to your advantage.

Sitting around dwelling on bad thoughts is one thing. Instead of being a depressive mope, exercise, work, do something constructive and let your dark emotions fuel your ambition. In writing it sound almost demonic, but it is actually a very healthy thing to do.

Everybody needs to vent in some form or another. Do not try to repress you emotions, doing so may lead to catastrophic explosion.
