However, many people don't realize that exercising and eating right enhances the chances of losing weight. Choosing the best weight loss plan is as important as choosing correct exercises.

Before choosing a weight loss plan, you should set a goal for losing weight. You should be motivated to lose weight, as weight loss is a gradual process. The following are the things that a good weight loss plan should have:

* It should first evaluate your health condition. This is very important, as according to this, your diet and exercises will be decided.

* Your goal should also be a deciding factor for the plan. BMI calculator, weight loss calculator should be used for knowing the correct values. Accordingly your calorie intake per day should be decided.

* Regular progress should be noted down. This will help you know about the weight that you are losing. Your weight and vital statistics should be noted down regularly.

Calorie count of each food item should be given so that you know how many calories you are consuming with each diet. Diet should also consider your lifestyle, likes and dislikes.

Remember that weight loss takes time and you need to be motivated all the time while following the weight loss plan. If you divert yourself from the plan on a single day then don't worry.
