Working out is a hobby for me, like I always say "health is a hobby". So I designed a full body workout out routine that I can do from home.
The equipment is as follows: dumbbells, medicine ball, elastic tension bands, stability ball, and rebounder trampoline. Each of these is going to impact certain and specific areas of your body for max gain.
Obviously we are going to use the dumbbells for our biceps, but we can also use them for your deltoids and our trapezius as well. The medicine ball is to really equal out the impact on the upper body.
By doing simply exercises like the "around the moon" you can hit your upper body and your core with an intense workout and that is all just by using your medicine ball. To do this lift the medicine ball above your head with your arms straight, and then keeping your arms straight outline a gigantic circle with the ball.
Now that is if for upper body, get creative with these two pieces of equipment. There really is a lot you can do.
Next I move over to the elastic tension bands, this is a great way to burn some hard body fat. These bands allow you to work as hard as you want, without ever overstraining yourself.
Now let's move to the stability ball, this is the perfect piece of equipment for your core muscles. Planking on these is going to give you a core workout like you have never experienced before.
Basically you have to maintain balance while you do your plank. This is going to press the tension deeper into the lower level of muscle in your body.
Working beneath the veneer muscles is going to give you a lean mean looking body. It won't pack on bulk, but you will get significantly stronger.
When we work that inner level of muscles we tighten and pull our bodies inward. The stability ball is going to affect core muscles and inner muscles around you waist.
That will shrink your waist line and give you that flat abdomen look that is so popular these days. So far we have covered our upper body and our core, but what about our leg muscles?
If you are anything like me you don't want to go outside running in the cold or hot or public. So that is why I invested in a mini tramp.
Turns out according to NASA these mini tramps are 68 percent more effective than running anyway, and I was just being shy. Not only do they give you muscular development but the help your health in a holistic manner and that is something that just can't be beat. Destry Masterson is a health, fitness and nutrition expert.
