Holistic Health, Water And Exercise

When it comes to health there are three things that you need: exercise, nutrition and rest. These really are essential necessities for good health.

Without one the other two will have no effect, you must combine them all into one package for maximum holistic benefit. Rest is going to be a very easy thing to get.

All you have to do is set aside eight hours of the night for sleep. Simple as that there are no tricky complications, but having a nice comfy bed might help.

Exercise, on the other hand, can be a bit tricky. No two people are going to exercise alike.

You have to meet your own body's physical needs and your own personal desires. Some people are going to want to bulk up like the hulk or governor Schwarzenegger, and others may just want to cleanse their body of harmful toxins.

Weight training and hard running can be harmful for some people, especially aged women who suffer from weak joints. A great holistic exercise would be rebounding.

Now this won't make you look like a green or even Austrian monster, but it will do a world of good for your lymphatic system and muscles without ever damaging a single joint in the slightest. By jumping up and down on a mini-tramp you work your body against gravity and your legs as if you were jogging.

The exaggerated gravitational load oxidizes cells, and the tension in the legs strengthens muscles. It is a win/ win.

Exercising is the easy part of the day. Most of you will find it enjoyable and have no trouble working-out one way or another.

The hardest part of health is nutrition. A lot of people don't get the proper amount of nutrients and still over eat.

This is because it is very common to stuff your face with globules of food that are high in calories and low in nutrients. Fast foods are going to be the death of society.

Luckily there is a magic potion that is going to do you a world of good; this is called water. More importantly than just drinking eight glasses a day to keep your body and blood working correctly, you will want to use it while you exercise.

Quick facts: ninety percent of your brain is water, eighty three percent of your blood is water, and even twenty two percent of your bones are composed of water, so it is no question water is going to be a vital part of everyday life. A key function of water; water helps to regulate the body's temperature.

When you exercise your internal organs heat up, your body expels the heat through sweat. You need to drink water to reclaim the proper hydration.
