Exercise is going to benefit every facet of life from the inside out. Research shows that exercise actually increases serotonin and dopamine in the brain, which are the chemicals that are going to make you feel "good".
Without these you would have a lack or a depressive attitude; in fact, most people who are diagnosed with clinical depression are actually just suffering from a serotonin deficit. Prescription medications are actually made to counteract the imbalance, though exercise will do the same thing but in a healthier more natural way without any harmful side effects.
Of course it is also common knowledge that physical exercise is going to create a more slender looking body. Exercise requires energy burn which comes from calories used in the synthesis of ATP in the cells.
It is simplified into a simple equation: Exercise X time divided by velocity is greater than caloric consumption which equals a slender sexier body and less body fat. The equation has obviously been simplified to make it more understandable to the country-dwellers vernacular.
Physical exercise is going to actually do more than make you feel good and look good, and that is make you function good. When you increase blood flow through exercise the muscle and organs in the body are fed more oxygen, which strengthens every portion of your body.
By working out you actually increase your immune system by strengthening the function of your liver and kidneys, also specific exercises are going to cleanse your lymphatic system. The lymph system is specifically designed to strain the blood of harmful toxins.
The problem is when Mother Nature was working on the human prototype she forgot to install a pump to cause lymphatic flow, so the lymph system relies solely on gravity and movement. Exercises like jogging and more specifically jumping up and down are going to act as an external pump causing some locomotion through the pipes of the lymph system.
This is a great way to get your blood to do more for your body; the more clean the blood is the more energized you will feel throughout your daily life. When you help your body to strain the junk from your veins your organs and lymph system can work better during times of crises, for example during flu season.
So don't just start exercising for your enjoyment and physique but also for your health. This will help you to not get sick when your coworkers are all sniffling and sneezing at work.
No one likes being sick, it is humiliating and embarrassing. It is just best if you don't have to deal with that type of stuff, and exercise will help to keep it out of your life.
