The body runs like a machine it takes fuel to power locomotion. Though the body is different than typical machinery in the sense that it can store fuel for reserve, this is called fat.

When the body has excess calories instead of wasting them it will store them in between folds of skin, so in times of need it can always use it for later. This is actually how bear survive through the winter.

It is a wonder how those bears even adapted to do that. Year after year the prehistoric beast slept longer and longer until it completely cut winter from its life.

That has to be the only explanation. People are not bears though, and you are not going to sleep through winter plus you can't.

Unless you are preparing for a famine then body fat has become superfluous, so it is about time to start thinking of ways to get rid of that pointless fat. Anytime you do anything, the body requires a little bit of energy.

This energy burns calories, so the more you do the more calories you will burn. It is interesting to think that simply running away from your fat will literally work.

For most problems simply running away will not work at all, but may just make them worse. However, in this specific situation running is going to be more effective than any other exercises.

Jogging is the most ergonomically beneficial exercise on the entire planet because it stimulates action in every single muscle of your body. The body is composed of around 800 muscles most of these are going to be stimulated while walking.

Some of the smiling muscles or frowning muscles may not be activated, so to make your exercise a little more effective just try making a frowny-face as you work down your path. Frowning activates something close to six times the muscle activity that smiling does.

You may actually be able to run longer if you are spending less energy on frowning and smiling instead. Only personal test and experimentation will reveal which is the best way to run.

Apart from running you are going to need healthy nutrition. Calories come in food and create fat, so if you are eating foods that are very low in calories then you will be liable to lose weight.

Start trying to get healthy foods that are low in calories and high in nutrition, doing this will greatly affect the fat in your body. Remember all the while to stay positive and hold good thoughts above the negative pessimistic ideas that plague peoples mind.
