Aligning the key vortexes in the body will keep the epinephrine in balance, thus allowing you to maintain a level and coherent head.
Working with exercises that align the chakras is going to provide the body with more power, the spirit with more positive energy and the mind with a higher mental acuity. It is a holistic, all-encompassing form of exercise, so start training your body in ways that you haven't tried before.
