That is a good question break dancing allows for the single dancer to be more creative and independent with the flow. On the other hand, having a partner to help with the dynamic of the dance is going to be an incomparable variable, so the answer is, it is different.
Though, what you can say about capoeira is that it will help to keep you in shape. Whether it is by developing cardio skills or by developing good defense skills, you won't have to worry about internal threats or external threats.
Capoeira is a holistic form of self-defense, meaning it is going to protect your mind, body and soul. Your mind will be trained in the moves of basic martial arts, your body will be strengthened by cardio development and your soul will be enlightened through the music.
When you allow yourself to connect to music you are correlating with a different energy that is otherwise impossible to harmonize with. The energy of the music is going to oscillate throughout the air and consequently cause your own mind, body and soul to reverberate on the same level.
This will raise energy levels and cause you to work harder without even noticing how much physical effort you are expending toward the movements. Capoeira can be performed to any type of music it doesn't have to be traditional African beats, but the traditional method does add an air of ritualism which comes with a lot of character.
