How do you burn fat? A question that has become a serious business in the last century. The calories that you are burning during weight training are mostly calories from carbohydrates but the calories you burn at rest or sleep are mostly calories from fat which is great news because you are not even doing anything. The reason why how you can burn fat at rest is because weight training increases your metabolism which helps to break down fat stores in to energy.

Fat burning foods are rich in fibre and protein and are poor in fat. They are in common supply and not expensive you just have to make a conscious effort to make that your food of choice for the day. In conclusion, since they are not processed, changed, coloured or 're-created' foods (in any manner), they are a natural way to reduce the fat tissue in your body helping you cut out the fads.
