Exercising For Organ Health

The organs in the body have a synergistic relationship with each other, meaning when one stops working it upsets the entire body. Even though a stomachs purpose seems insignificant when compared with the heart or the brain, consider this, you still cannot live unless you have a stomach.

The stomach is necessary for turning food into a stew that can be passed through the intestinal tract. The intestines take the porridge and start straining all the nutrients from the soupy concoction passed on by the stomach.

The blood carries these nutrients through the circulatory system and to separate organs for minor repairs or other functioning. For example the, garbage in the blood will be taken to kidney and liver so that it can be strained and then passed on to the urinary tract.

These are all the main organs that are going to do things like help absorb nutrients and feed your body, but there are also the lessor organs like the adrenal glands. These glands are responsible for producing epinephrine, which is also called adrenalin.

Without adrenalin you wouldn't be able to run from threatening police officers or beat up people that owe you money. Adrenal glands can only function when there are proper nutrients fed to them through the blood.

This requires first the nutrients from the diet you have, and, secondly, you have to have the cardio strength to pump blood to the organ. Any doctor will tell you the most important organ to work out is the heart because it pumps the circulatory system.

Blood flow is necessary for every organ, just like electric pulses from the brain are necessary for breathing, talking, and everything else in between. To work out your entire body train your cardio health.

This is most easily done through nature's number one exercise: jogging. Though, increasing the intensity and turning the jog into a run or even a sprint is going to stimulate more benefit than not.

Simply running for thirty minutes a day is going to add multiple years to your life. There have been countless studies showing that people who run have healthier kidneys, livers, hearts and even brains.

That is right when you exercise you actually increase the blood flow to your brain which can stimulate more neuron synapse, thus creating more thought and maybe even faster thoughts. So if you are studying for an important test, trying to lower your cholesterol, or just want to be happier start jogging daily.

Exercise is for everybody and if you don't like jogging you can start training in some other way. It doesn't matter how you do it, just start exercising and watch it change your life from the inside out.
