The Psychological Effects Of Exercise

The brain is the center point of the entire body, the mother board, and basically it runs the whole show. Nothing is going to happen without first the brain telling it to happen.

Psychology is something a lot of people brush off as nothing more than interesting field of study. With all the psychologist in the world and all their findings it is funny that as a race human beings are not completely enlightened at all times.

Psychologist who believe we can give up philosophy completely are called naturalists, they assert that the point of science is to systematically break down the laws that govern life. Many people do not look at the governing laws of life and apply them to the world around them, this is called ignorance.

Unfortunately there is a parasitic trend sprouting the minds of the young these days. They wish to flee from the responsibility of intelligence of thought, and to do this they claim their ignorance as a virtue.

They think they are happy and have joy, but really they have only deluded themselves into thinking they are happy. True joy can only come through accomplishments, and that is why exercise provides psychological change to the minds of the young.

According to a research done by The Medical Clinics of North America, exercise is going to actually decrease somatic tension. In laymen's terms that means you are going to be less vulnerable to pain.

Spelling it out in a simpler vernacular is hopefully going to make it appeal to a wider demographic. For the most part those who read this are going to be intellectually capable of taking what they learn and applying it to their lives.

The goal is to inspire someone who is has not yet found that ability to apply their knowledge into daily life. As Nopolean Hill said, "action is the real measure of intelligence".

From an objective stand point, putting your thoughts into action only proves them, it takes them out from their conceptual box and actualizes them in a physical realm. This is when intelligence starts attracting other intelligence when it is displayed to the world.

According to The Secret thoughts create a magnetic affect to the external world around you. This is only true if the thoughts dictate your actions.

Thoughts create a magnetic effect to thoughts, and actions are that which create the magnetism in the physical realm. Start actualizing your desires and your dreams and you will see how the magnetism in both the psychological realm and the physical realm starts to develop.

In that same study mentioned earlier, they found that those who exercised also had lower stress levels. When your thoughts turn to action the locomotion will disassociate any negative emotion that may have been anchored to the body or mind.
