From pole to pole the earth consists of seventy percent water, from head to toe the body is composed of seventy percent water, and from the prefrontal cortex to the cerebellum the brain is made of seventy percent water. There is a reoccurring theme here.
Nature has created a life giving liquid that is so pure and clean that it practically has become an integral part of everything on the planet. The only things that doesn't hold liquid are a minerals (like stones and junk).
So, when you are not getting enough liquid that is probably why you start to feel like you yourself are an indolent rock. Every living organism on the planet needs water to survive, and every chemical reaction in the body needs liquid to actuate the reaction.
Cells in the body house little power plants known as mitochondria; in these mitochondria a small chemical called adenosine triphosphate is created. You may know adenosine triphosphate as ATP, but if you don't that is ok.
This is the chemical that creates electrical pulses that fire through your nervous system, this is that electric shock that travels from your brain to your palms and pressures you into action. Calories are burned through ATP in the mitochondria.
For the process of ATP to be created in the cell the body needs glucose and oxygen, neither of which are water or even a liquid for that matter. Water is going to help to oxidize the blood and carry the different ingredients to the cells.
Most the time you can tell if you are thirsty by simple checking the condition of your mouth. Is it dry, does it have a sort of chalky, dusty feel to it, is it like the Sahara desert in their?
Thirst is an obvious indicator to whether or not you should be drinking water, but sometimes you may not know you are dehydrated. Dehydration will many times masquerade as fatigue, so if you are feeling lazy or like you might be coming down with a slight case of Sluggish Cognitive Tempo Disorder then you need to relax grab a tall glass of water and wait about ten to fifteen minutes for it to fully take effect.
Drinking water is basically like drinking a magic potion of plus two constitution, but not just that, it also has a charisma modifier too. Water is going to oxygenate the cells in all the tissues throughout your body, meaning your acne is going to disappear after continued consumption of an adequate amount of water.
Good luck with your energy and your face. And, always remember that hydration is important so don't let it get away from you. Destry Masterson is a health and nutrition expert. She publishes articles for http://www.dailybread.com and recommends them for food storage.
