Are you the type of person that just loves to work out, every day you do the pushups, pull ups, planking and squats necessary to keep your body looking as if it was discovered in stone catacombs of Ra's temple? If you are then you probably already know all the great benefits that happen to the body on an veneer level, not to mention you are probably strong as an ox.
Apart from looking like an Egyptian god, your insides are going to be astoundingly healthy. It is unlikely that you know anything about physical exercise on a chemical level, unless you are a professional trainer or physical therapist.
The body builds off of resistance, not just outwardly but inwardly too. The more you exercise your muscles the stronger your organs are going to become.
It makes sense right? Every portion of the body is constantly working synergistically with the other parts of the body, so any time one is weakened or one is strengthened every other organ and muscle is going to be affected.
Now the main organs that main people know about: the heart, the brain, and the lungs these are all going to be drastically important in internal health. But, look at some of the lesser known like the liver and the kidney.
Along with the lymphatic system these are going to be vitally important in straining garbage out of your blood. Having clean blood is going to increase your energy level and make you generally a happier person all the way around.
Toxins in the blood actually create chemical reactions in the brain that spur feelings of depression and lethargy, so if you can strain them through exercise you will be a happier person, and that is a scientific fact. By exercising you actually increase the amount of blood being pumped throughout the entire circulatory system, meaning that there is going to be more blood straining and cleansing happening.
These two organs are also going to be vitally important in the synthesis of hormones throughout the body. Hormones play a huge deal on how you feel and act.
Testosterone is going to make men want to exercise and assert their dominance, and estrogen is going to make women act like women. So exercise so that your liver and kidney will create the correct amount of hormones in your body. Destry Masterson is an author who has written hundreds of articles.
