Deep inside the confines of your body there are cells that are constantly at working pumping adenosine triphosphate and creating energy in electrical pulses to travel across the nervous system. Basically, that is how energy works at a cellular level.

You could break it down to an atomic level, but that is just excessive and pointless in the matter of holistic health. That would probably border line philosophical existentialism if you were to examine different impacts of atomic particles.

Many people say that there are two forces in this life, characterized by yin and yang, light and dark, good and bad. Not everything that you eat or consume though is going to be either one hundred percent good or one hundred percent bad.

There is nutrition in everything just in varying degrees. Take for example pine cone compared to an apple.

You could eat a pine cone, but you couldn't live off of them. Because the nutritional value of the pine cone is so low that it cannot support the cellular process of activities.

Apples on the other hand are going to provide many nutrients, like anti-oxidants and dietary fiber. Fiber is going to fill your tummy with a sustain feeling, while anti-oxidants are going to protect the inside of your body from inflammation (colds, cancer, ext.)

Even with all the nutrients in the world you still need the key ingredient to trigger the chemical reactions necessary for utilizing such nutrients. That key ingredient is water.

Many times people who are fatigued are simply just dehydrated. A simple way to test yourself for healthy hydration is to take your finger and place it inside your mouth or you can just try to determine whether or not your mouth is dry without your finger.

Though, you may be dehydrated even if your mouth isn't dry. Water is essential for the production of ATP in the body.

ATP is the energy chemical that shoots through the nervous system and causes you to move and react. This is going to be absolutely necessary if you do not want to spend all day every day sleeping.

So start setting aside a healthy eight cups of water every day for personal consumption. This is not only going to create a load more energy, but it is also going to help with your beauty.

Water is the number one dissolvent on the whole entire planet earth. That means when you drink it, it is going to take all that garbage in your body and dissolve it down to nothing.

Not into nothing really, but it will pass it through the liver and then to the urinary tract will it will be disposed of properly.
