Take for example Brad Pitt, do you know his secret? It is the exercise that he does, and the great genetics, and the extremely disciplined diet he lives by.
With exercise you can improve just about any part of your life. Don't act like exercising isn't going to strengthen your relationships, because it does and it is proven on a scientific level.
Quick lesson on neuroscience and relationships: there are constantly tons (not literally tons, but a lot) of chemicals flowing throughout your fat brain.- It is a fat brain because it is about 70 percent water and like 20 percent fat-One of these chemicals is serotonin.
Quick lesson number two: serotonin is a powerful endorphin. Endorphins are chemicals that make you feel positive emotions, like good.
Good isn't exactly an emotion, but you understand the basic concept of neuro-mechanics right? Good exercise increases the seratonin in your brain.
How does that help relationships? Well, in colloquial terms, if you have more good in your brain, then you are going to have more good in your relationships.
So, get off your lazy bottom stop reading about how exercise is going to make you feel good and actually start making yourself feel good. It is very easily done through the art of locomotion.
As depicted in the 1970's Santa Clause is Coming To Down movie, when good-ol Chris Cringle starts singing to the winter warlock about changing his sad life Chris explained the principles of locomotion perfectly by saying, "You just put one foot in front of the other." He was of course talking about walking.
Mother Nature had provided the sad winter warlock with a way of beating his cynical depression, and he didn't even realize because it was so simple. So can you start to melt your icy heart by walking or, even better yet, running.
Apart from melting hearts, it burns calories too. So that is a one two double whammy right there. When you start melting the ice that encapsulates your heart, you actually start improving all your organ functions.
The organs in the body work synergistically with each other, so when you strengthen your heart you are building everything else around it too. Most organs you can't even live without.
Try to take care of these ones because most people probably want you to preserve your life. Plus just having the desire to preserve your own life is a virtuous quality to have.
So do not go out and start drinking and smoking and ceasing the day like there is no tomorrow, but instead, go out and cease the day for tomorrow. Heck, that ought to be a quote if it isn't already.
