There are two types of people in this world. On the one side you have the people that are going to very much appreciate life, and show their love for it by exercising and working and developing their talents in some way or another.
On the other hand, there are those people who have had their skulls diluted with double think and practice closing their eyes and reciting their contradiction as some sort of holy mantra. These are the people that are going to spend years of their life living in their mothers basement playing Xbox live while perhaps (if they are really motivated) voicing their socialistic liberal opinions.
If you just read a paragraph that described you to a T, then, bud, you may need to check with your doctor before exercising. It has nothing to do with your nearsighted and juvenile liberal ideologies, but actually has everything to do with your lazy lethargic way of life.
The lucky ones of you will read this article sometime before the age of thirty. There is a magical thing that happens when you reach age thirty, and that is where the body undergoes a physiological change.
At the time your ability to develop and change drops drastically, so if you are obese and have been living a life of glutinous lethargy for the last thirty years, there is a strong possibility that your body is a decrepit mess underneath all that clobbering blubber.
Often people who have spent the majority of their time sitting on their mothers couch have not developed the proper cardiorespiratory health to actually put their body under the pressure of physical exertion. That is why it is necessary to see your doctor.
Your doctor will be able to examine you and tell you whether or not you are physically capable of "working your body out" or in other words exerting yourself to physical resistance. However, this is if you have hit the point of no return and you are indeed thirty years old.
If you are under that magical age then you still have time! You can go outside and start exercising and nothing can stop you, unless you have a history of asthma which could possibly stop you.
Generally it is not going to be imperative to visit with your doctor, unless you have respiratory problems or if you are like hyperglycemic or something. Other than those disorders and being over the age of thirty there is basically nothing that can actually inhibit you from exercising.
