Top Four Holistic Exercises

From muscular development to endorphins in the brain and all the way down to the hemoglobin that carries oxygen throughout your blood, exercise is definitely a very important part of your daily life. But, like people, not all exercises are created equally.

Some are going to be effective and get things done, where others never turn any results. So learn the exercises that you can use and that are effective.

Many people exercise just to beef up their muscles, which there is nothing wrong with, but it just doesn't provide the same holistic effect as some other exercise routines that are soon going to be mentioned. When you exercise you want to work out your entire person, including your body, mind and spirit.

For this you need holistic exercises, which many exercises that are done daily are, or at least could be, holistic routines, but here are the four best in order of least to greatest. The fourth best would be biking, don't misunderstand it is a great exercise, but it is still fourth.

Biking is a predominately cardiorespiratory workout that is effective in building some thigh muscles. This is a great exercise because it can be done at your own discretion at your own pace, and plus it is extremely fun to do especially when you get going down a very steep hill.

The third best exercise is going to be swimming. This exercise is great because it works the entire body, and when you get down to lower levels of water you actually have more pressure being sustained to your body, which is increased resistance and thus a more dynamic workout.

Even when you do nothing, just sitting in a room with a higher pressure than your body is used to it is going to create cellular development, just like lifting weights creates muscles development, interesting right. That is why swimming takes place number three, despite the dangers of drowning and the uncomfortable wetness of all of it.

Number two is going to be running. Running is Mother Nature's gift to mankind, and those who make use of her gift will also be rewarded with healthy bodies and fit physiques.

Running works the entire body, the legs a little more, and it strengthens cardio like a beast. It is functional and it is available to everyone making it number two.

The number one exercise for holistic benefit is rebounding. Whether you go to trampoline world or if you just own a little bounce mat, these are going to clean your body to smithereens.

The work the cardio like running, they strengthen the legs like running whilst still exercising the rest of the body, and they even get the extra gravitational pressure like swimming would. Thus, this is the most effective holistic exercise.
