It is extremely difficult to get a good meal these days, unless you are either willing to spend money on a fancy restaurant or time on a fancy recipe. But, it is not necessary to spend a lot of time or a lot of money, not when you have the salmon on feta recipe.
This sounds a little bit abstract, because it is, but it is also one of the most savory and delectable meals you may ever place inside your trembling mouth. Because it is so delicious it is blasphemous to speak profane utterance against it.
Though, it is quick to cook it does take a little foresight, just like any good meal would. Take the filets of salmon you bought from the market out of the freezer and let them thaw, depending on how cold your freezer is and where you are thawing your salmon this could take a while.
During this time you may explore leisurely activities directed toward discretionary pursuits if you desire. Once the meat is thawed, lightly butter a frying pan and cook the fish at a slightly more than medium temperature.
Pepper the salmon with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Cook the salmon until it is pink throughout; this will require approximately one flip and one more dose of pepper.
Once you have the salmon all cooked up, you are going to need to prepare the plate. Place some crumbles of garlic seasoned feta cheese on the plate, and directly on top of the cheese place the salmon.
Viola, presto, there you have it, the perfect way to cook salmon and create a gourmet meal. But this is only one piece of salmon and not a real meal, so on the side you should have a little spinach salad with walnuts and dried cranberries mixed in.
And for a side of fruit you could use some grapes. Last but not least try to incorporate a grain of some kind, unless you are on the Atkin's diet.
However if you are not on that silly diet, then you could incorporate some pita chips and some hummus. Now you have a perfectly well rounded meal with absolutely nothing left out of it, in a nutritional view of it any way.
Start eating like a classy sophisticate and stop eating like a grade-schooler. Fast food is neither healthy and, really, the plastic flavorings they use are not appealing, so start eating like an adult.
There is nothing to lose, besides maybe a few pounds of fat.
