Basal metabolic rate: this is how many calories your body burns while at rest, and it is different for every single person on the planet. Though it may be different, it doesn't mean it is fixed.
You can actually change your basal metabolic rate by doing a number of different things. Muscles in the body directly affect how many calories your body burns daily.
So if you want to be able to eat more, but still stay strong looking, then you need to gain muscles. If you have the muscles then your body is going to take calories from the foods you eat and give them to the muscles so they can stay big and powerful.
The first way to increase basal metabolic rate: increase muscles mass, but that takes a very long time, at least a month for just three pounds of muscle, and that is only if you exercise your entire body rigorously. This begs the question, how do you get your basal metabolic rate up now?
The answer is simple, by bouncing. You can get a gigantic trampoline or you can get a little rebounder and have the same effects; though one of them you can watch television on while you exercise, unless you have a television outside (unlikely) then you could watch on both of them.

The increase of gravitational load reverberates throughout the entire body, and actually affects the body at a cellular level. This excites your endocrine system which will: produce more energy, create increased metabolism, and help to regulate hormones.
It flushes your lymphatic system which will: cleanse the body of toxins, creates higher levels of mental acuity, and increased energy. And, of course, it is going to affect the circulatory system by increasing the heart rate and pumping the muscles.
After the muscles have been worked out on the rebounder, the body needs more calories to repair the muscles that were exercised during the routine. This will increase the basal metabolic rate for up to 48 hours.
