According to the FDA the RDA is around 21 hundred for sodium and about 40 hundred for potassium, and even though they are a government organization doesn't mean they are completely wrong about everything.
Calorie content in these eggs is going to be really low, meaning those of you who are pursuing a low-cal diet are in luck. For just one serving, about two eggs, there is less than four hundred calories.
