Mental Fitness Probably Important

Look it doesn't take a scientific research to find out that mental fitness is important. There are some of you that will question, "Is it really necessary to be smart?"

Your inquisitive nature already precedes your own capacity to learn, but your concern may preclude any learning that you may need. The answer is no, as far is it is necessary, but it depends on what you want to do and what you want to accomplish.

Different feats are going to require different amounts of intelligence. If you simply want to watch Nascar in your favorite trucker hat while you drink PBR well then by all means go ahead without the learning, you will probably enjoy it more if you maintain your ignorant bliss.

For those of you who actually want to accomplish things well then it is good to train your brain in every single way you possibly can. Like with fitness there is cardio exercise, strength exercise, and plyometric exercise.

Cardio for the stamina, strength for the ability, and plyometric for the speed, the brain too can be trained in all these ways. Every brain cell holds one bit of information, meaning you have one brain cell that has specifically documented Robert Downey Jr.

Then there is another brain cell that is specific for Iron man. When a current of thought shoots through the neurons in your brain it passes through these two brain cells and a number of others allow you to connect the two names and see the correlation.

So why do people struggle recalling names of people they have met? The reason, they may not have a lot of pathways connected to that individual's specific brain cell.

Some tricks to keep your mind nimble and fit can be practiced anywhere at any time. First stay active, move around throughout the day.

As it turns out, movement creates blood flow which consequently creates more brain activity, so jogging and cardio exercise will not only keep your body fit but your brain too. Then keeping your brain thinking outside of your comfort zone is going to be a great way for you to remain open-minded and versatile.

So take a class or study something you have never learned. Playing games against the clock is going to help build concentration skills, playing pacman or solitaire both are going to be great, really anything that causes you to concentrate.

As it turns out connecting dots is a great way to prevent Alzheimer's disease. Constantly work to be building your brain, because once your forty your physique is going to be garbage and all that will be left is your brain.
