Health is the gift of life, as long as you squander yours you are basically saying to Mother Nature that you are unappreciative of your own life. Perhaps you are on a diet plan and a workout routine, but take an objective look, are they even realistic for you?
Look at the amount of time you spend standing up each day, now measure that against your supposed workout time. If your workout time is longer than your average standing time, then you may have an unrealistic workout routine.
As for diets, come on be honest with yourself. No more clandestine adventures to Micky D's at one in the morning when you think the rest of the house is asleep.
They know what you are doing, especially when you leave the rappers half way uncovered in the garbage can. You are not fooling anyone except for maybe yourself.
Health is a lifestyle, you have probably seen those ads for "change your image", "your health", "your everything or anything" just in thirty days. You could do that, it will be the hardest thirty days of your life, or you could start making simple changes throughout your daily life that are eventually going to become habits.
Health is a lifestyle, meaning that the decisions you make in daily life are going to be reflected through your health. Meaning if you drink, your liver is probably going to be a lot less healthy than someone else's who doesn't drink.
Also poor livers and kidneys cause bad breath, so if you don't drink you probably have better breath than say Kesha or any rapper in existence. Do you see how that works, how if you perform habitual routines day to day then they will become apparent in your physique.
You want to know why Obama, a fifty year old president of the United States, because he quit smoking, works out every day, and he eats healthy foods. Michelle, his wife, claims that she is the reason he stopped smoking and assumes all the credit one can be given for not smoking any more.
Of course there are other oldie pants that are way more fit than Obama, for example Hugh Jackman. This guy looks like a really rad thirty year old, but he is actually 43, and it is because he runs a few miles every day, eats like a vegan (not literally), and boxes on top of all that.
You see it takes a lot to be an actor, mostly self-discipline and great genetics. But, if you haven't got them both then you can't make it. Destry Masterson is an author who has written hundreds of articles. She publishes articles for http://www.nordictrack.com and recommends them for treadmills.
