Health Is Simple Enough

Healthy living is simple, all you have to do is eat right and exercise, and occasionally get eight hours of sleep every single night. If you do those three simple things then your fantastic body is going to do everything else, and it won't even require any effort from you.

The body feeds off of resistance, that is how muscles are created, that is how thought is developed, and that is how immunity is made. Every resistance just makes you stronger that is just a simple fact of life.

It actually works on an emotional and mental level , but that is more philosophical and psychological rather than a disciplined science so you don't have to worry about hearing that type of stuff in this article. Every time you do something, your actions reverberate through your body in small but effective ways.

When you run for a mile your muscles start to tear, consequently afterward your body is working to repair those damaged muscles. Don't worry working out is never going to actually hurt you or inhibit you in any way.

A torn muscle will cause pain, but most the pain you feel from working out will be from a lactic acid build up. Lactic acid is pumped into the muscles during exercise and then with all the acid in the muscle fibers the muscle sends a signal to the brain which then secretes a growth hormone, which helps to synthesize proteins and create new muscle fibers.

That is how muscles is created, you are not going to be able to build any muscle unless you put yourself against some resistance first. But health is more than just having muscles, there is individual health of each and every organ in the body.

The liver is going to work to strain the toxins from your blood, the intestines are going to work to metabolize food, the heart is going to pump the blood throughout the body, the brain is going to control everything. All of these things have individual health that is going to affect the way that you feel.

If you have a problem with your kidneys, you may notice that you feel groggy, lethargic, and very low energy levels because your body is spending lots of time trying to strain different toxins rather than creating the hormones it needs. Exercise isn't only going to create muscles, but the locomotion alone will get blood flowing throughout the different organs and cause healthy living.

To start getting healthy you do not need to buy some fancy training program or a gym membership or anything, you can simple start walking in the mornings. Start moving and getting the ball rolling in a small way so things will get easier and once they become new habits then it will be safe increase the work load.
