Scottish researchers wanted to know if it was actually important that they brush their teeth, for reasons beyond oral hygiene. The discoveries they found both scared them and disheartened them, as it turns out oral hygiene directly correlates to cardio health.
So when you see someone with nasty buck teeth and big yellow blotches between their gapping black cavities, it would not be unfair to assume they are at higher risk of a heart attack than you are. The bacteria in the mouth are absorbed into the blood stream and then it is passed throughout the body.
Aside from just causing heart problems it is would be safe to say it will also cause brain problems, liver problems, kidney problems, and pretty much every sort of problem imaginable. Maybe your mouth isn't your unattractive quality, but perhaps it is all the dang wrinkles on that scrunched face.
Wrinkles are a great sign of stress, and as everyone knows stress will kill you. One way or another stress is going to find a way to overwhelm your mind, make your hair fall out and eventual stop that ticker that is in your heart.
If you are noticing wrinkles appear on your face the first thing you want to do is relax and count to ten. Then perhaps go get a nice message and a facial, these will both help to relieve the stress and erase the lines.
People say that eyes are a window to the soul, this is not entirely accurate. They are however a window to health, if you see a lot of yellow sort of goopy build up in the eyes it could mean that there is a lot of stress on the liver and kidney.
Meaning that you haven't been eating healthy, you have been taking too many prescription drugs, or you have just been drinking and smoking way too much. Whatever you are doing to make your eyes look yellow you have got to stop, eventually this will go on until your kidney or liver explodes.
Be certain that you are putting clean things into your body. It is interesting to note that those who abstain from drinking and smoking are going to be much more attractive.
So if you don't care about your health or longevity, then don't smoke and drink for your attractiveness. Your looks are a barometer for your health, if you are looking tired you are probably sleep deprived.
Start trying to look your best by treating yourself right. Soon you will be the prettiest person in town. Destry Masterson is a health, fitness and nutrition expert. She has written articles about diet and exercise and recommends http://www.treadmillreviews.com for information about treadmills.
