A diet does not only include the management of your medications but it also include you food and physical diet. The food you eat can most of the times affect the development of your asthma. If you eat the right food, you will have fewer problems with your asthma but if you eat the wrong ones then you will definitely be in trouble. As an asthmatic person, there are limitations to your actions. Too much physical activities could cause asthma. A balanced physical work and rest could reduce if not eliminate the occurrence of asthma. Moreover, there are also environment that can cause asthma. An example for this is dust mites that you might inhale and would cause allergy. There should be an utmost vigilance when you are in these places. It is better to avoid them but if you can't, you have to have your medications with you. Your medications should be handy all the time. Asthma attacks happen in your most unexpected times. It is best if you have them handy because you can use them when you need to without to much effort. Keep it you bag or in your pocket.

Finally, adjust your asthma diet to the changes that your asthma might have. Asthma evolves as time goes. It can be that your asthma now is mild but later on it could get complicated and vice versa.
