How It Feels To Rebound

Now don't take this the wrong way but you probably have a little bit of belly fat you do not like, most people do. Unless you are some Olympic athlete you probably have a few things you would like to change about yourself, at least when it comes to fitness.

No one is assuming you have any emotional or mental deficiencies you need to improve upon. The fact of the matter is most people can find something they want to change; conversely many people over stress themselves about changing their physical appearance.

Having a desire to become more fit shouldn't be a stressor it should be a motivator, an inspiration. So when you hear someone ask "do you want to change?"

Be motivated and excited to say yes. Now working towards goals is as much a pleasure as earning a living, but the real joy comes with accomplishment.

Most people can probably remember a pretty significant time in their life when they accomplished something big. Do you remember how it felt when you conquered the challenge, fulfilled the trial and went the distance?

There is nothing more satisfying that standing on the pinnacle of exaltation, being at the peak of your destination, standing at the zenith of your accomplishment. That is the feeling of rebounding.

The word rebound has two definitions: the first is to bound or spring back from force of resistance, and the second is to recover. Think of yourself as recovering from fitness deficient lifestyle, and do this by actually rebounding.

You can rebound in a more metaphorical sense and in a completely literal sense at the same exact time. Step onto the rebounder and let the mat sink underneath your weight, hear the springs lightly stretch, and fill yourself bob as suspended inches above the ground.

Put a little bit of force underneath your feet by bending at the knees and pressing against the mat. The added force from the push should turn into a rebounding pressure that propels you upward into the air.

This, in reading, may not seem like a workout that is going to turn you into a lean, mean fighting machine, but after one time of trying it you will testify to your friends that it is one of the most effective forms of exercise on the entire planet. Remember earlier when you read that "no one was assuming you have any mental or emotional deficiencies".

Well, as it turns out, even if you do rebounding helps with that too. Rebounding excites the endocrine system, which helps to regulate the hormones in the body, which directly correlates with mood and cognition.

So get in shape by rebounding, you will be happy you did and that is a promise.
